		<description>You&#039;re right - social interaction is not Apple&#039;s usual style.  They&#039;re much happier being distant and uncommunicative with their customers (unless you&#039;re lucky enough to get a one-line reply from Steve Jobs!).  There&#039;s definitely room for them to change and improve in this area.  Here&#039;s hoping!</description>

The licensing complexities are usually trotted out as a reason for why moves like this remain in the &#039;too hard&#039; box, so it&#039;s useful to see your counterpoint re last.fm&#039;s abilities in this space.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Apple&#039;s notorious secrecy adds something to their mystique too... maybe they&#039;ll surprise us all one day.  Right now, I&#039;ll do wthout any surprises until the latest iTunes and iPhone software bundles are successfully installed... tick, tick, tick. ;-)</description>
